They look very small and compressed upon arrival, but following the instructions, I wet them, squeezed, and let dry. They puffed up to full size like the photo. The fabric is a very soft, nice microfiber. I have no doubt these will work well for various needs: tile work, in the car - windshields and such, and other applications.

These work just as good if not better than any other microfiber applicator I have used for applying spray sealants, liquid wax, paste wax, trim dressing or anything else and at a very very good price. They come compressed in the package, don't freak out, just wash them and ultra low dry or air dry. They seem very well made and can be washed for reuse. This is how much a product like this should cost! The detailing industry is raking people over the coals! If the company that sells these is reading this, thank you for not ripping people off. I just placed another order.

First off, it appears I'm the first reviewer that didn't receive the product for free in exchange for a review. The sponges were okay and I would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the misleading product picture. The first picture shows sponges in a package that are much thicker and narrower than what was sent. I would have liked the ones pictured because they would fit in your hand better. The other pictures do show the actual product, though. They're about half as thick as the first picture. Also, they come completely pressed. You are required to soak them in water to let them inflate, but if you want to use them for a sealer you will have to let them dry out. If you plan on using them as soon as you receive them, you will be disappointed.

I found the fastest way to get the sponges to full size (and dry) is by quickly rinsing them under water, wringing them out, then throwing them in the dryer with a dry towel on low heat for a half hour or so. Work great!

Medium quality. I don’t think it will work like the expensive ones which makes sense based on the price.

These are a versatile applicator pad. Most directly, these are a good sized, medium strength sponge wrapped in a microfiber cloth cover. The pad is a nice large, hand sized pad. The sponge is firm enough to relieve finger pressure point on the surface. The microfiber is of normal weight and there are no issues with the sewn thread being scratchy. These make a great, soft, surface for the application of automotive polishes, ceramic sealers, etc. Of course they can be used for applying sealants to any smooth surface as well. When they arrive they are solidly compressed and need to be soaked in water to fluff to final form. If you aren’t using a water compatible product you will need to wait until they dry before using. The dimensions in the ad are accurate. Pretty useful applicator at a good value.

Product is NOT USABLE - when it arrives!! SPONGES- are in a vaccum sealed package & LITERALLY FLAT !!! Sponges- need to be "PUT IN WATER" to expand & they don't expand very quicketly or Well........ DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT= MIS ADVERTISED!
