Horrible product - broke instantly.

Love this thing. I have some back issues from a bulging disk. I use this tool to stretch/straighten my spine. Easy to use and affordable. Glad I bought it. I probably need to use it more than I do.

It does what I needed it to do. But there's a lack of instructions and I didn't know I needed to twist the arms once fully extended to tighten them on the pole. I pulled one too hard and it came off cause I didn't know what I was doing lol. Now it won't stay extended because I can't tighten it. But I just use that end for my head.

Good product. Sturdy, easy to use, light weight. It is great to help with posture issues. My son is Autistic with mobility issues, and this is helping stretch his back muscles, standing straight knees, which helps walk better. Only con is probably user issues, the arms a a little hard to extend at first, but others grateful to have a tool tohelp my son.
