This is the perfect little rack to elevate a prime rib while cooking. Other racks are too big and ill-shaped for the pan.

I was given an older family roaster but it didn’t have the rack in it. I ordered this one and it’s a great fit, very easy to clean, and works well.

A desire to cook a better Christmas goose, I ordered this roasting rack. It arrived today (Christmas eve) and was immediately loaded with our 10.5 lb Christmas goose. The rack is very sturdy and confidence inspiring. Much better than the flimsy collapsible roasting rack I have used in the past. The goose cooked perfectly. Indeed, tonight's was the best Christmas Goose I've ever produced. I attribute much of this success to the rack. It is tall enough to keep the goose well clear of its copious drippings and still fit easily in my roaster. The handles each end made removing the cooked from the roaster an easy secure maneuver. The rack cleaned up easily. The nonstick coating does its job well. However, while hand-washing the rack (per manufacturer recommendation), I noticed spots where the non-stick coating appeared to have come off. I didn't expect this after one use. Hence, my 4 stars rating; this gives me reason to be nervous about the long-term durability of the rack's non-stick coating. The rack it self, I'm confident is sturdy enough to stand -- with strength in reserve -- a 20 lb turkey. I look forward that test.

My wife wanted this thing for a while now. We got it for Thanksgiving and it did exactly what we needed to, it kept the bird out of the juice.

Got this rack to keep a turkey out of the drippings while it was getting smoked. It did work for that, but that was where the good points ended. One of the spot wells was already broken when it was received. Tried to wash the rack after use. It supposedly has a non-stick finish but that is not true. The turkey leavings were cemented on, and on top of that the black supposedly non-stick finish began flaking off almost immediately. I'm assuming that it is just some black paint. Terrible quality!
