These heel grips are a lifesaver for shoes that are slightly too big! I bought the black ones, and they blend seamlessly into my boots. The mesh material is breathable, and the adhesive holds well without damaging the shoe lining. After weeks of use, they’re still in place and haven’t lost their cushioning.

so far fit is nice, feel like its a bit short. Hopefully wont start to slip off putting on shoe over time.

These did well as a last resort for saving a nicely broken pair of Keen work/hiking shoes with a steel toe that I’ve been wearing for about two years now that had the commonly worn area at the very back of the shoe where your foot goes in and we’re the back part of your foot would rest in the shoe. Started feeling a little discomfort in these awesome shoes, did a quick search here on Amazon and found these guys in these have given my favorite work shoes in a lease on life! I will probably get another year or two out of them as the rest of the shoe is holding up nicely it was just the back heel part that was worn out. When you first put them in and try your shoes on, they are going to feel a little obtrusive and irritating, definitely because you’re not used to that thing being in your shoe. A couple of days later and these have softened nicely while still doing what they are intended to do and I don’t even notice them. The adhesive on these is extremely powerful, take your time and put these in exactly where you like them and rest assured they are not going to move. I think I paid four dollars for two pairs of these, these saved and prolonged the use of a $250 pair of well loved, well worn high-quality work shoes.

Comfortable but difficult to install in tall work boots. I had to put them in blind basically, as I can’t see past my arm to place them precisely. Came unglued after a few weeks due to foot brushing against them when putting boots on. Had to use super glue to keep the top portion secured to boot heel. Not bad but not ideal.

I put these in my cowboy boots! Yeehaw these things made me dance smooth and without blisters at the end of the night. These dang things are worth every penny. Excellent adhesive. No slippin'. I'll buy 'em again and again! The price is right y'all. Get you some!

The don't stay in place if your active....if you walk alot for work or spend alot of time on your feet these arnt it for you...

Unglued itself after one day, not very useful

Just what I needed to keep from having to buy another pair of shoes for a bit. These stick on and even when walking through a stream, they hold fast! I would definitely buy again since I wear out the heel of my shoes before anything else!
