Very Fun!
I loved the whole system of emotional faces, fabrics, and cutouts. Very fun and useful! Although I didn't use it for my purposes intended, it was well constructed, the colors vivid, and easy to assemble.

Easy to use!
Absolutely love all of the SPOT products and couldn't wait to get my hands on this! As a teacher and parents I am always looking for east and kid friendly activities, that are also engaging and don't involve screen time. This ticks all the boxes! The pieces are easily interchangeable and work like a felt board. No sticky mess which is another win! Already ordered my second set so I can have one at home and school! 😊

EXCELLENT RESOURCE FOR EDUCATORS (and just fun for families too)!
The Little Spots of Emotion have made a huge impact in my classroom and in turn our entire school and word continues to spread about them for social emotional skills. The Mix and Match Emotion Set is fantastic for many activities in the classroom from feelings check-ins to centers (morning work time, writing prompts, matching the faces, etc) to Peaceful Spots to help a child calm down and seriously so much more. My daughter thrives with the spots and had so much fun when I opened the box and let her play and mix up all of the faces.*there was a review about them not sticking. They stick with static with the felt. We had no issues getting them to stick and I actually appreciate that there isn’t Velcro or anything because I think it will make the product last!

Pretty good-limited pieces make it difficult to do anything other than make the specific characters.
All in all, this item is pretty good. I use the Little Spot materials frequently for my counseling sessions with elementary aged children. While there are enough pieces of this to make the actual spots, my kids have been frustrated that there aren't enough pieces to make their own creations. There are 8 sets of eyes, but no eyebrows. Some of the eyes have attached eyebrows. Since the eyebrows are how we often tell the difference between emotions, it's hard to demonstrate this as I would have liked. There are 8 mouths, but again these specifically match the Little Spot mouths with no opportunity to create your own expressions. Of the mouths, only 3 or 4 look like mouths (the rest are just kind of blobs). I will probably try to find some thick black felt to make some additional pieces to make this item useful for multiple activities and not just recreating the same ones over and over.

Cute concept, but has an important design flaw
This is such an important learning concept for children in the early childhood stage. I was very excited to receive this and thought the easel would be such a fun addition for the children to stick the pieces to. However, upon opening the product and trying it out, I was very upset at the quality of the easel. First of all, ANYTHING designed for young children, should be extremely well made. The pieces are very well made, nice thick felt, print is beautiful, but the easel is where the entire activity falls apart. You basically cannot use the easel at all. It is very thick felt and seems to be good quality. However, it is very lightweight and slides or falls when the pieces are placed onto it. Why would you make something for young children and make the most important piece flimsy? I am very disappointed and I feel the makers could have spent a couple of more dollars to make the easel stand out of wood, with rubber feet. The board could stay felt, but the easel is also made of felt and does not stand up to the pressure of pla ING pieces onto the easel board. Very disappointing, I couldn't even give it 4 stars....I had to go for 3 based on the obvious point of knowing the stand needed to be sturdy enough to support game play.

We love the Spots!
My son struggles to understand and verbalize his feelings. This is a great, quick resource to have on harder days. He can make the face of how he feels, which then helps him to talk through it.

Love this product!
I am a school social worker. I got the to use in my cross categorical classroom that I push into. All the kids in there have autism and are non verbal. Between using this to teach them basic emotions - angry, happy, and sad and your videos that they watch daily I am already seeing them begin to identify emotions to colors. Your stuff is truly incredible. I love that they match the face pieces to the spots to show emotions. Brilliant.
