Chef Paul's Hot and Sweet Magic Seasoning is the perfect table-ready addition to pizza and pasta. I also use it to give my homemade pasta sauce a bit of a kick and to make my pizza crusts extra special (add 2 tablespoons to your dough recipe).I've tried a dozen different pizza and pasta spice mixtures, but I keep coming back to Chef Paul's.
