It's sturdy, and the jumbo size is perfect for those extra-large muffins(or brownie muffins we made!) that everyone loves. The black granite finish adds a touch of elegance to my baking collection, and the non-stick surface ensures easy cleanup every time. Cleaning up was a super easy and none of the material came off after 6 uses so far.

The thinner muffin pans seem to scorch too quickly when you are dealing with the extra time needed to bake these bigger muffins all the way through. This pan was much thicker and seemed to distribute the heat better. I used muffin wrappers, so I can't speak to the "stick-free" capability. Overall very pleased with the quality of the pan.

I made a standard size box of cake mix (makes a dozen “normal” cupcakes), and it less than half-filled these. They are BIG. The non stick coating worked pretty well. Cleaned up nice and easy. Overall, I’m pleased with them. It’s an added bonus that they match my vintage enamelware collection lol

The pan is made of tin carbon steel with a black granite finish that is smooth and non-stick. The wells in the pans are nearly 3" deep and hold a LOT of batter. Muffins and cupcakes, extra-large size, will come out perfect in this pan. Yorkshire pudding is the target for my family - it is a holiday requisite no matter the main course. And the bigger, the better is not an option, it is a requirement. This pan with its extra-large wells seems to be just what is needed for those super servings. We will be testing out its capacity in just a few weeks and I've got my fingers crossed.Be aware this pan can endure heat only up to 445°F without warping. Further, the pan should not be used in a microwave oven, an induction cooker, or over/in a real fire. Also, don't Soak the pan in water as that will shorten its life. "Just hand wash with warm water and mild soap, using a gentle brush or sponge."I was pleased to find this pan available and realized it could be the answer to the Yorkshire Pudding challenge for my family. I ordered it and was pleased with its size when I examined it. It will step up to the challenge in just a few weeks and I am hoping, no, planning on success. It seems to be well-constructed and up to the job. Yea for Yorkshire Pudding.

I love this Jumbo Deep Muffin Pan, I can't believe how big the muffins come out. I never thought I would be able to make such big muffins and now I can with this pan.Easy to use and easy to clean. So much fun to make. I surprised my daughter with making such big muffins for her when she asked for muffins one day. At first, I wasn't sure how much to fill the pan and my first batch came out way way bigger and taller than I expected....had fun and laugher about it and made another batch.I am really satisfied with this pan and highly recommend it.
