fault, unreplaced reciever spoilt what is otherwise a great product...still not fixed after 2 months.
This system sounds excellent and in principle is a winner. However one of the received units didn't work all the time, every now and again disconnecting with huge pops from the active speaker it drives. I contacted the company to get the receiver replaced and they promised to, but have never sent a replacement or even contacted me. I don't want to return the unit, as it is a very good solution to what I do, but it MUST work completely reliably, and I need a replacement receiver to prove that I was unlucky to receive a fault unit, and it is not a generic design fault. Either way I didn't initially involve Amazon returns and now they say I am outside the window, so my patience with the supplier is being rewarded by no solution. Amazon still has a legal responsibility to fix this faulty unit or get it replaced in the UK...and I will find a way to say this to them.
