Two entirely separate padlocks that take different keys
I was a little disappointed, it didn't say they were or weren't matched padlocks, but the images kinda indicated that they were. Effectively what you get are two entire separate padlocks each with 4 keys. What I had hoped for were two padlocks that took the same key, meaning that I only needed one set of keys to operate them. Unfortunately it seems I need two keys, one per padlock.Each padlock comes with 4 keys. The keys are small. Not being specialist in padlock security I can't say how good quality these locks are from a security perspective. However they feel tough, I can see they lock on both sides of the shackle which is a good sign. The mechanism feels a little wobbly when inserting the key, but the body and shackle seem to be strong and held firmly in place.I'd happily use this on a simple thing I wouldn't want easily opened, but it doesn't feel like it is very high security. But it is perfect for many simple security applications to discourage or delay.

My expectation of the key lock
When it arrived I opened the package, I was disappointed. It's not what I expected. It was a cheap knock off of the real thing. The quality was bad, it was very flimsy.

Good.
Brilliant medium size long neck padlocks, personally would have preferred 1 key that works on both but in the end of the day, it works and does the job. They are good value for money so will buy more if needed.
