AromaTech AroMini Aluminum Essential Oil Diffuser for Aromatherapy Oils, Nebulizing Technology, Cold-Air Diffusion Scent Machine - Black

I had purchased two AromaMini BT directly from the brand on Amazon.the first one worked great for about 1 month and stopped working suddenly. I thought perhaps the tube was clogged so I cleaned it out, let dry and tried again. Nothing.When it was working, you could see a slight puff of aroma diffuse from the top. Now that it stopped working, all you hear is the pump noise working so often, but no scent or puff of oils being diffused.I returned the unit and purchased another one. Same story.This time, the unit worked for about 3 - 4 months before it suddenly stopped working again.I contacted customer service through their website to try and get some help as to why two units stopped working suddenly and if I can have it sent in for repairs, I was declined any service or explanation as to why 2 of the same diffusers stopped working. I was informed that I was outside my return and/or service period (which is only 30 days) and they were unable to help. TERRIBLE customer serviceSo I decided to do a little McGuyver and take the unit apart to find out one possible cause and perhaps fix the unit myself.Discovered there is a VERY (I emphasize VERY) thin rubber gasket looking piece that has 3 chambers, which I am guessing operates like a vacuum to draw oils from the bottle and push out the scent through the diffuser unit. 2 of the 3 chamber's rubber base was torn!!Thus likely causing the unit to NOT pump out the diffused scent nor draw any essential oils from the bottle (hence why the bottle was still full after setting the unit to run constantly)I highly recommend individuals looking for a diffuser product to look elsewhere. This style of diffuser likely all has this type of pumping/vacuum mechanism and with the terrible customer service and only a 30 day service window, AromaTech undoubtedly has no control over their quality or even use tested the durability of this unit before turnkey purchasing it from China

Scents are fine but the unit itself is not worth the money. Stopped working after 3 months. Also leaked on my furniture and ruined it. Very disappointing

Bought one in December 2021. Worked pretty well for a few months and then crapped out. Oil all over my wine fridge (ruined the finish) and started making a really loud noise and failed to work. Contacted "Customer Service." They told me to make them a video and take pictures to basically prove that it was broken. I have NEVER had to do that with a defective product before. After sending video and photographic evidence they acknowledged it was in need of repair and sent me a shipping label. After having to box it up and and send it back to to them they "repaired" it, but they didn't. I got it back and it still had a loud noise and wasn't nearly as effective as it was when I first received it. Today I inspected it myself and saw that there was a clog in the tube. Had to use some unshielded hookup wire to snake it out. It is working a little better but is still leaking oil and has done further damage to the finish of my wine fridge even though I keep it on top of a folded up paper towel to try and stem to damage. Totally awful product, company, etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

So i have tried a BUNCH of diffusers, including a round that used water and left a white film over EVERYTHING in the room. I switched to looking for a nebulizing diffuser and tried one that made WAY too much noise. This AromaTech AroMini is AMAZING!1. very very quiet!! love that there is almost no sound.2. i can adjust the level of the aroma... and it barely burns through the oil... I don't have to "change the water" every night like i did with the water based diffuser....I was concerned if it would run out fast, so i was checking every night, but the oil level in the bottle was not going down fast at all...3. sleek and elegant looking... doesn't look like a hunk of plastic....the silver is very nice lookingI was concerned about the price, but I have spent WAY more than that trying out other diffusers that just cause a mess. It is nice to be able to just set it up and leave it...I will DEFINITELY buy another one.If you want QUALITY, RELIABILITY, QUIET... THIS is the diffuser to get!!

Never worked for me..dont even know how to clean it. Worst investment. Didnt even last a few months.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR THE HOME. THE FRAGRANCE IS SUBTLE, YET CREATES A LOVELY ATMOSPHERE. I WOULD CAUTION USING THIS FOR LARGE AREAS WITH HIGH CEILINGS ETC. HOME USE PERFECT

I purchased 2 units for myself and one as a housewarming gift on September 27th, 2021. The gift diffuser worked for about 2 months, started making a loud noise (sent a video to AromaTech as requested), and stopped working. After both myself and the gift recipient contacted the company directly, they asked her to mail it in for repairs. Well, it's almost March, and the latest story is that have received it but it arrived dented (it was not mailed that way and was bubble wrapped). They also stated that there is a global supply chain problem and had no idea when they would have parts to fix it. They offered the recipient a small bottle of oil scent for the inconvenience today, but she informed them that she has no way to use it and has plenty of oil scent on hand but no working diffuser. I am totally embarrassed, especially after having paid $566.74 for the diffuser and oil scents on the gift. Why don’t they just send a new one? The bottles of scent are $164.99 alone. It’s like selling a copier, the real money comes with repeat purchases of ink, not the copier itself. They are kind enough on the phone but offer no resolution to your problem. Think twice about wasting your money on this item for yourself and especially as a gift for others.

The Aromini was easy to use but the scents which go with it are terrible. It made me sick, headache , nauseous.I like the machine but I don't like the scents and you cannot put anything else in it so....
