Upon opening them, I did notice quite a strong “botanical” smell, which wasn’t actually bothersome to me, I’m just noting it for everyone else’s info. They’re obviously easy to use, as you just swallow them with water. However, they are a bit in the bigger side, so take with lots of water or they might not be so easy to take. They are made in the U.S. by a reputable manufacturer and their ingredients are more on the natural side, which I’m a fan of. I’m looking forward to the advertised health benefits.

The main ingredient in this supplement is Milk Thistle. Milk Thistle contains Silymarin which is an antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties. These benefits may help support the liver and in return increase energy levels. I take many supplements and it's hard to say how effective anyone is. All you can do is go by the research. The caplets are about an inch long and easy to swallow. They don't have any smell or taste. Quality seems to be good. Good value. Would Recommend.

Ill start by saying, with the supplement market being so unregulated, whenever I see a brand that is made in the USA and certified in a lab that ensures quality control I can appreciate that. However, one thing I did not like is there is no lot date or production date. Look on any reputable supp makers bottle and you will see this. Secondly, the safety seal was barely on the lid when I took the cap off, like it was not heat pressed well. Packaging needs to be improved to appeal to more detail oriented consumers.
