I suffered with bad sleep for 4 or 5 years, struggling getting off to sleep, staying asleep and waking at around 3 am most days. I have tried all sorts of things all without success but these have been wonderful. They help with the feeling of restfulness, making getting off to sleep easy and staying asleep until around 5 am. If I do wake, I can get straight back off to sleep. These have worked brilliantly for myself and I would definitely recommend them.

The media could not be loaded. I have just stared taking Apigenin, I was particularly interested in the anti-viral and anti-inflammatory effects of this flavonoid especially at this time of year. Too early to say if it’s had these effects yet but there’s lots of exciting research around Apigenin especially around its antioxidant benefits so I will continue to take to get full results.The quality seems great and is easy to swallow, the pills are very unique they almost look plastic (it’s not) but it’s cool. The supplements arrived in a hard plastic bottle with a sealed lid which was unsealed on arrival.I didn’t experience any after taste from this product and there was clear directions on how to take on the back of the package.Extra bonus for being made in the UK 🇬🇧🙌🏻

Pretty good as far as supplements go - time will tell to the benefits
I have loads of problems getting a good night's sleep so I’m always looking for supplements that may aid in that. Time will tell if these will have any effect - so I won’t review based on that as it can take weeks or months.Good: Nice, small bottle properly proportioned. As in, you don't get a massive bottle that's 80% air.Transparency - 120 capsules, means 120 day supply. Plenty other supplements tend to hide behind the fact you need to take 2 or 3 to achieve the recommended dose. So happy that this is four months worth.Value - whilst the bottle is not cheap, it is a four month supply so that is a win. I’ve seen similar for double the cost, for this amount or less of Apigenin.So will be taking these at night religiously, will update if I notice anything positive or negative in the months coming. But overall, pleased with the initial impression.
