It dawned on me after using this product for a painful hangnail that my soft nails benefitted from this flexible product. Applied like nail polish, it protects your nails from breaking. Unlike traditional nail hardening nail polishes which makes your nails hard, brittle, and break when meeting a hard surface, this product is flexible and does not cause your nails to be brittle, leaves a shine like clear nail polish (though I would rather it not), and can be applied over a piece of tissue to mend a nail to form a patch over a cracked fingernail and protect it. I cannot believe how well this product works for this purpose. I would manufacture a product like this without the analgesic and anesthetic component to help with nail growth and mend split nails. Better than nay product on the market for fingernails. Are you reading this, manufacturer? I want my cut of the profits! Oh, also good for paper cuts and the like.

Comfort Zone has the same consistency, same drying time, same wound coverage as the New Skin brand that I bought at the same time, but comfort zone was larger bottle and about 2/3 the price of New Skin per oz. It definitely stings when applied but I didn't set out to by the 'no sting' version of this product or the other one, just need coverage of wounds on hard-working hands. I re-applied a few times over 3 days and the wound is now pain free and can be used unprotected. Will buy again - although the large bottle should last me a year or two.

Works ok, stings a little and smells really bad but does cover whatever you need to. Will flake off in 2 days so you need to reapply. I'm a dog sitter and I'm always getting scrapes and cuts so I wanted it to keep cuts clean to heal faster. Stays on in water just don't scrub it.

This is much better then other main brand skin glues. It dries quick (under couple minutes) and does not sting like other "super glues". I became my go to over winter when I get cracked and splitting skin on fingers and especially when fingernails separate.
