I use it sparingly due to its price. I am constantly experimenting with this product. It is lovely to work with; It lends itself to a nice crisp and subtle flavour.

Pleasant and came quickly and well wrapped. The product itself is lovely, no after taste or unpleasant smell like others have mentioned? I liked how rapidly it melted and didn't smoke on higher heats. I didn't find it gave more flavor to my food though? Perhaps it tasted a little richer in the mouth, but the flavors pretty much stayed the same. So if your worry is that it may change the taste of your food or add a gamey taste, no worries here. I like the crispiness of my smashed potatoes and the creamy taste of my eggs in the morning.

I highly recommend it to anyone who looking for duck fat, I use it not for cooking but I know it is a good quality product.
