Works well but not 💯 fix
Not perfect but it stopped the water gushing out so it is working, odd drips but massive improvement.

Don’t panic if the bubbles stop
Easy fix after taking old valve out, bit fiddly , old valves perish and fail, bubbles stop working, You Tube is brilliant for showing you how to fix, valve fits between external pump and hot tub, very easy fix, started up first time, well done to the manufacturer.

Great device
Shame on Layz spa for not selling parts to expand the spa's life and reduce waste. I thought my poor spa had failed at only 2 years old (same as my previous Helsinki) as water was pouring out of the air pipe. A bit of fault finding and allowing my pump to try and I ordered this. It was really easy to fit - just push into place in the pipe where the air tube connects and job done - no more water gushing into the pump and out of the pipe. Very happy

DO NOT BUY THIS
NO stars, (only selected one star as I could not submit comment without one) DON'T BUY IT it does NOT WORK. Still have a continual leak from the A 'valve' on Helsinki spa.

One way valve significantly reduced water leakage problem but not 100%
Water from tub would gush out air outlet when detached. Internal one way valve completely failed. Also water getting past valve within pump unit resulting in considerable leakage. Inserted new valve which held back water from tub but drip from joint when reconnected. This is clearly due to sealing O ring not 100%. This was remedied with PTFE tape around O ring. However the replacement one way valve did allow some minimal water to pass and could be seen at base of pump. So in conclusion the new valve helps reduce the water problem by 95% and subsequent water at base of pump of no consequence. To completely resolve the water leakage problem one would need to replace the one way valve (mushroom valve) within the pump. I’m also going to see if the original one way valve within the inflatable tub can be replaced- new part available and use both one way valves together before attempting to dismantle pump unit.

Brilliant instant fix even full of water!
Brilliant! Saved my lay z spa vegas that had I broken "none serviceable" no return valve on the air feed. Simple to fit even full of water and now I can have bubbles again.
