We would have loved this if the author didn't make confusing changes to the original story (e.g. why are Dorothy's sparkly shoes silver? why is their never any mention of the Wicked Witch of the West, and several other inconsistencies).

Some inaccuracies
I bought this for my 3 year old daughter as she had been bought a Dorothy dress up set for her birthday and I wanted her to know the story. This is a good simple version of the story but I was disappointed that some of the details are different from the original story. The shoes in this version are not red so it doesn't go with my daughter's dress up set in which she has red shoes.
