Make poached eggs on the stovetop 1. Crack an egg into each egg poacher 2. Put the egg poaching cups in a regular high rim pan or pot 3. Add up to 1 inch of water and cover with a lid 4. When the eggs are ready, take the egg poachers out of the pan and let them cool until comfortable to handle 5. Gently slide a teaspoon around the edge of each egg to release Make poached eggs in a pressure cooker 1. Add 1 cup of water 2. Place the silicone egg poacher cups into the pressure cooker. Close and lock 3. Recommended settings: Low pressure, Steam, 4 minutes. Adjust the time (+/- 1 minute) if you want softer or harder yolk Make poached eggs in a microwave oven 1. Dissolve a pinch of salt into a half cup of water 2. Crack an egg into the water. The water should cover the egg yolk 3. Transfer the silicone egg poaching cup into the microwave 4. Microwave for 1 min. 10 sec. at 800 watt power (adjust +/- 10 sec. by preference) Make soft or hard boiled eggs with the egg timer 1. Put the egg timer in the pot or saucepan with the eggs 2. Watch the colors change when the water boils. Bring the water to a simmer 3. When the eggs reach the desired level, safely take out the egg timer and let it cool at room temperature while you cool down the eggs in cold water ⚠ Important notes✔ The eggs will tend to stick to the sides of the cups when making oil-free poached eggs.
