Works well!
Combined with DIM supplementation over 2 months completely got rid of PMS and all period pain!! Which used to be terrrrrrible. Very grateful!

Balances female hormones
I don’t think I am estrogen dominant, got this for general detox. But it has evened my mood, gotten rid of pms, and reduced cravings. Great for balancing hormones.

Noticed there is a certain taste to this when opening the capsules. Zero taste with same supplement from the NOW brand . So, different. Only 2nd day using. Will inform more, if needed. ** Great product. Much better than the Now brand. Legit.
