Fire-Maple Z1 LPG Propane Snug Fitting No Leak Canister Adapter for LPG style Camping Bottles

I have tried this on the coleman 1lb tank and it worked perfectly. It is built sturdy. Not sure what one person said about it not being a tight fit. It has a tight fit when I use it. I will be taking it on a 4 day backpacking/ wild camping in Josha Tree.

Works great but does NOT work with Greenpeak Stoves. Not sure why Amazon recommends buying it together!

Really great product and well made. I use this for the Fire Maple Gas Lantern works great to be able to connect to any propane source. only issue i had was with my jet boil. the adapter is just a hair to tight so the brass nipple on my jet boil got stuck. all they need to do is not anodise the interior of hole of the apadpter and that would most likely fix it.

Bought my boyfriend the Firemaple stove for Christmas & wanted him to have a back up fuel iron option. Works great on the little green canisters & gets a good jet flame going. Since propane isn't as efficient as isobutane it does take a little longer to boil, maybe 5 minutes difference. That's the difference in fuel though, not this product. Small enough to fit inside the stove unless you have a can in there. Happy we bought this.

First off it does NOT fit most types of stoves.Second when you do find a stove it fits and then try to screw it on a propane canister it does not screw on!! The threads don't align. What a piece of crap! I knew i should have gone with the adapter with the much higher reviews. uggh.Also to top it off the manufacture states they will not accept returns because it is a hazardous material. This is crap too. This is not a gas cylinder. This is only an adapter in which holds no gas therefore it is NOT a hazard to ship back and forth. I think the manufacture is doing this as a scam as they know it does not fit a majority of stoves and at the same time the threads are machined wrong and they dont want you to be able to get a refund. What a scam!!!!Update...The seller reached out and refunded me. This was an unexpected and nice gesture. Thank you Maple. After further inspection of the part I realized that the stem portion that inserts into the propane canister was slightly bent which caused it to not to thread on properly. So it was indeed defective. However I would still warn perspective buyers that this adapter does not fit all stoves and unless they change their return policy you will not know if it fits until you try it. And if it does not fit you you can't return it.FYI it does NOT fit the Soto windmaster.
