I bought it on 1 august 2024 and use it 1 year and and 29 days (approx)now its scroll wheel is not working but it is very durable i dropped it many many times but its not damaged but today just scroll wheel is not working and all others parts are working well you shoul comfortably go for it

Bought this wireless mouse in 200 rupees and using this for quite a time now, must say it's of standard quality and gets the job done.. just the grip and feel is average and battery life is so so.. Connectivity is on point till now.. worth the budget as well

Have been using this over a year. No complains. Works seamlessly with all my laptops. Negligible lag. Good product.

The build quality is not up to the mark, but the mouse works okay for basic use. Overall, it’s fine for simple everyday tasks but nothing great.

As per the price point of view, I think this product is quit good. I have only spend 229 to purchase this wireless mouse of Amazon brand. My personal opinion is, don't invest too much like, more than 300 or 500 or more in purchasing any wireless mouse. Remember, The life span of wireless mouse in not same as human beings😂. After a year or one and half year it will stop working (wireless mouse) . So think of value for money before buying any gadgets. Generally people get bore by using same product or gadget for long time. Hence, invest less, use more, get value for money product.

I received very poor service. I purchased a wireless mouse from Amazon Basics, which is still under warranty. When I tried to claim the warranty, they emailed me with requirements like the product logo needing to be visible in the video, the video should be under 20MB, and a copy of the product invoice, etc. I created and sent the video as requested, but they replied saying the video was invalid. I called customer service, and the representative told me that the USB connector wasn't visible in the video. I made a new video, sent it, and called customer care again to confirm that the video was now valid. However, I received another email stating the video was invalid, this time with a sample video attached. I followed the sample video and created a new one, but again they emailed me saying the video was invalid. When I called customer care again, they asked me to follow the instructions and create a video that showed the issue. The problem is that the left-click on the mouse sometimes works, and other times it registers as a double-click instead of a single-click, which is hard to capture in a video. The customer care representative confirmed the video was valid but mentioned that they didn't have the authority to transfer my call to the validation team. It seems like they are just wasting customers' time until the warranty period expires. I am very disappointed with the Apperio warranty team and would recommend not purchasing any Amazon Basics product if it comes with a warranty.
