I have been suffering from reoccurring vaginal infections, whether it be yeast or BV, for a while now. I've tried almost everything at this point. I used the pill-shaped vaginal suppositories that are supposed to balance your PH, I've used monistic countless times, I've taken prescription pills, the one-day yeast infection pill, I've tried topically treating it with yogurt, altering my diet - and none of these efforts have been to my avail. It was really frustrating because I have had these issues ever since a young age and all I want is for my vagina to be at optimum health. I just changed doctors and I was in the process of scheduling an appointment when I came across these probiotics. I am in college and have been struggling with chronic Yeast Infections and BV for as long as I can remember between sports and just plain ole everyday activities.I was recommended this product by my OBGYN, but was hesitant at first to buy it because for a 30 day supply it is a little pricey...I’m on my second bottle now and I have now been using this product for a little under two months. It’s LIFE CHANGING!!! I no longer have to worry about the embarrassment of smell, or the uncomfortable itching and discharge. I take this product everyday in the morning with my other vitamins.Prior to using this product, my symptoms were constant loud smells, even after showers. A little background info... In high school for about 2 years, I would wear a lift tampon every. single. day. to avoid the smell down there. Yes, I know, that is terrible to do, but at the time it seemed like my only option. The weirdest part is, I am one of the cleanest people out there when it comes to my hygenie and make it a priority to shower everyday. I was struggling with the smell so badly that sometimes I would even shower as often as 3 times a day to try to get rid of it. Now, I can wear tight leggings all day and at the end of the day they still smell normal in the crotch area.My only complaint is that every once in a while I will get a sudden wet feeling in my pants and once I get to a bathroom, I discover it is a clump of discharge. Does anyone else experience this? The discharge does not smell and looks healthy, so if that’s the only bad/uncomfortable part then i’ll deal with it!! This does not happen everyday ... maybe 1 or 2 days a week. I guess the discharge has to get out at some point, right???!I have experienced one period while taking these pills and with the combination of using a menstrual cup (I bought mine from Rebel Kate) I had no smell whatsoever down there!!!!! I am AMAZED! The reason I switched to using a menstrual cup vs a tampon is because I found that tampons dried out my vagina causing irritation which would always lead to a funky smell/infection. Menstrual cups do not disrupt the internal environment of the vagina because it does not dry out the vaginal wall and instead what it does is collect the fluids, not absorb them.All in all, this product is life changing and I would recommend it to anyone out there struggling with discharge, odor, or itchiness problems!!

My daughter uses these and she was able to set up a schedule so that they ship out to her every month. It is convenient to have an automatic schedule. No having to go to the store or forgetting to buy them. She likes this product and says that it is a good probiotic and works well.

I've suffered from chronic yeast infections for the past 2-3 years - couldn't figure out what caused it and neither could my doctor. Could be my diet, but I eat pretty clean. Nonetheless - I tend to take medication to cure it rather than prevent it.I've been taking this for almost 2 weeks now and I usually get a minor yeast infection weekly and haven't had one since I started this probiotic. It is a bit pricey but the comfort I feel makes it work the price 1000%. Both the bottle and the pills are really small so it makes it seem like you're being ripped off lol but the product itself really worked for me and I hope that it works for you too.Dealing with yeast infections is a 0/10 experience and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy so this is worth a try - if it doesn't work, try something new. The feeling of not having to worry about your cooter is pure bliss.Good luck ladies :)

This product gave me chronic diarrhoea unfortunately. I had been using another female probiotic without problems but this one did not agree with me - had to cease taking

My PH Was so off for a couple of weeks and I thought it was gonna balance out on its own but it didn’t. I used this for a couple of days while drinking okra water and now everything is balancing out.
