NOPE
They were not very helpful to me. I don't find any use for them.

Sturdy and straight!
These are nice and thick; made of good quality acrylic. The peel off protective film on both sides of each tool is a bit challenging to remove, but if you scrape it very, VERY gently with the tip of a scissor on the very end, you can get it started enough to pull it off in one piece with just your fingers. I bought these for making sure my rubber stamps and card sentiments are lined up straight and exactly where I want them. It does't come with instructions because you don't need them. It's just like using a ruler. If you need instructions on how to use a ruler, then you probably shouldn't purchase these.

Perfect for small businesses
I’ve been using this set for my small business packaging elements and I love how the acrylic pieces allow me to get consistent results with my stamps and crisp spacing with my lettering. Each piece is protected with a thin film that requires removal before use (as with my acrylic items do) and it does require quite a bit of time and patience to peel off (especially if you're like me with really short nails). I am not a seasoned scrapbooker or anything of the sort and for those who are like me, you may be left confused at first due to the lack of instructions, tips or tricks .

Just as shown
My wife says: These right angle positioning rulers are just as shown and described in the listing. The widths of the rulers are accurate to within 1/64". (Note that although the widths are given in inches the lengths are metric.) A good way to make a border of a given size is to use two of the rulers. Square both the card base and the ruler of the desired border size against any other ruler to accurately position the insert. I am looking forward to much easier layering in the future.

I got this set of positioning tools for my scrapbooking and card-making projects, and they’ve been a great addition to my crafting supplies. The set includes seven different corner pieces, all in various sizes, which makes it really easy to line up and layer paper precisely without needing a ruler every time. Each piece is clearly labeled, and the smooth acrylic material feels sturdy and comfortable to handle. One of my favorite things about these tools is how they simplify aligning card layers and creating neat borders. They help keep everything straight and make the whole process faster and more accurate. The set also includes a bone folder, which is handy for making crisp folds in cardstock or paper. Overall, these positioning tools are practical and well-made. They save me time and help me achieve cleaner lines and edges in my projects. If you’re into crafting or making cards, this set is definitely worth having in your toolbox!

I was hoping these would work, but the smallest guide did not work for my A2 card bases. I will be returning them.

These are exactly what are shown - a reasonably thick set of acrylic squares meant for lining up pretty much anything that's underneath 9cm. Like most thick acrylic rulers/patterns/etc there is a bit of protective film on each side. These are no easier to remove here and serve to test your patience and fingernails. I also have to confess a bit of amusement at the ruler portion of these squares counting up in centimeters (with millimeter notches) even though the ruler thickness at the bottom is in inches.
