Is the sneeze gaurd included?

There are two options. The base price unit does not include the guard. You must by the option unit with the guard.

Has anyone purchased the sneeze guard for this machine? Does it cover the hot dogs completely as I will be outdoors.

It looks exactly like the picture. It does cover and it has to be wiped down because the hot dogs to splatter while cooking.

Can this be used for outdoor parties

Yes it can as long as you have an electrical outlet to plug it into. I used for a company picnic.
