I've had back problems for many years, this reminds me to sit properly which was a big problem. I have to buy another one, my daughter says it makes the chair more comfortable.

I bought this pillow for neck support. It's the right size, not being overly large, and has a buckle and strap to position it over a chair. I did find it to be rather stiff and the pillow case is silky... this is merely a matter of preference, but I don't find it so comfortable as the silkiness of the pillow slides down easily due to my hair and is difficult to keep in the right position. And, it is a little too stiff for my neck.

I've used vibration massagers for decades in my car. They've helped me function with minimal pain. This little roll may put an end to those massagers for me. I ordered it on a whim, an act of desperation as my last massager died & I couldn't find another like it. This roll was a fraction of the cost of what I had been using but it does the trick. It's a little aggravating when I get in the car as it perches in the middle of the back & I have to lean forward to adjust it in the correct position for me but it only takes a second & then it's PERFECT. Not too hard. Not too soft. Just right! I have literally spent decades looking for something for my back that that will enable me to function without pain. This is it. And it's such a simple little thing! Amazing! Try it!

Purchased for lumbar support while driving my semi truck. It’s ok for a few minutes, then the pillow flattens/decreases in stiffness. But, turned out to be a very nice neck pillow for my seat

This product is very cheaply made, hardly any support.

I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations.1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving.2. I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient.3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area.4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft.5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it.6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed.7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up.If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars

The pillow is awesome. We used it in the truck for a two hour road trip. It was the first time we drove that long without back issues when we got there. At our age, that's saying something.We both used it at our desk chair at home. My wife loved it. My chair wasn't built so the pillow could be held high enough. Not a fault of the pillow, just the chair design. I found out today that she took the pillow to school today to use in her room. Guess I'll have buy my own!!

So hard to believe that this simple little inexpensive device improves my posture 100%!!!! So glad I didn't spend the 60 bucks I was considering for something else!!!!
