I purchased this heater because my work area is freezing. Now the heater stopped blowing hot air. At first it would just shut off, then start blowing hot air, then cold air. I cut it off, but now it does not come back on. Frustrating because I have to go through my day until I purchase another one, definitely not this one or brand. It looks nice, when it’s working at full capacity it’s a great item. I wouldn’t purchase this product, it don’t last long.

I would have given five stars except for two points. One being the buttons are soft touch which will not be as reliable, and the second being when the heater is on hi it displays H2 and when it's on low it displays H1 which is misleading because on the multi segment display H1 actually reads as HI. Other than that seems like a decent product, comes with a remote so in the case the capacitive buttons fail you have a backup
