Great help
This was bought as a gift for a relative who had just had eye surgery and told to keep his head down for 10 days. He found it super comfy to rest his head on and he also interchange it with another one to use different muscles in his neck. Eased the time he was recovering. The hole meant he could see things with his good eye and watch some TV on his tablet. Very happy with it.

Good
Found this very useful after recent eye surgery . Maybe small detail the hole could be a fraction larger , might be difficult for a larger face/head

Not recommended.
Trick photography makes this look bigger than it is. It’s not plump enough, the hole is too small, and overall it’s too small. Waste of money.

Comfortable and extremely soft
I have just had a detached retina repair and I’m required to be face down for 40 minutes of every hour, for 10 days. I’m now on day 4 and this face cushion has really helped being face down leaning over a table. I would recommend this product for people requiring the same aftercare as myself.

Not fit for purpose
No matter which way I try to sleep face down on this thing I end up having problems. Either it puts too much pressure on my eyes or my jaw depending on how I insert my face. I have to choose between breathing through my nose or mouth because the hole is so small it will cut the airflow to one of the two. I also have to prop up the sides to allow airflow into the pillow. This could potentially be useful if you wanted to sleep on your side while isolating your ear, but I have no idea how anything but a small child could sleep face down on this thing for extended periods of time.
