I heard this particular strain is good for your gut biome. It seems to work well. Value is fine. Maybe a little pricier than buying in bulk but you can’t find this particular strain at this dose anywhere. Definitely worth trying!

This stuff works great for bad breath and morning breath. It takes a couple days to start working but you will know once it's started. Open the capsule and dump it on your tongue, swish around and then gargle for ten seconds and then swallow. It has no taste. Sidenote, it's also good for your lung health. This organism is an important part of the microbiome in your mouth, nostrils and lungs.

I like that these are a smaller capsule and not full of the typical fillers. Easy to swallow and gentle on the body. I have not experienced any negative side effects. Recently refilled my supply. Following the recommended dose this is approximately a one month supply at twice a day.
