These are great! I incorporate them into my workout at least three days a week. They are strong and feel extremely sturdy. Not scared of them popping on me!

Tough great bands
These are great resistance bands that are used for pull up assists and many other work out assists to build strength. I bought two sets because I thought they might wear out easy. I was wrong, they are great quality and are abused regularly.
