I love the mild ottogi Korean curry!
This is delicious, fast and easy. Use chicken broth instead of water for a better flavor. The recipe is very forgiving. I use 3 medium boneless chicken thighs, a large onion, 2 medium potatoes. I dont measure except for the liquid, 700 ml. I use a wok but you can also use a large covered fry pan, electric fry pan, cast iron skillet too. One caution: I usually buy the individual 100g packets which have directions in English. The 1kg package is totally in Korean. Luckily I remembered the recipe (which is very forgiving). Great as stew. Great over rice.
