A JOY TO USE
These wonderful brushes are a joy to use, well balanced ,quite light in weight and holds its point well( which is why I purchased this brush) .They have a nice springy feel them when in use and when my other brushes become worn out I will certainly be replacing them with these range of brushes from Escoda. Having use Jacksons Art Supplies a number of times before you can expect prompt delivery and a very good service.

Watercolour brushes worth a try.
This is my first experience of these brushes which are inexpensive compared to sable, have a good point, retain liquid and are reasonably soft. The handle and ferrule seem to be well made. I chose a no8 and No10. They are both good brushes. Are they as good as a sable? After a few days and a couple of paintings, I would say not but that the margin isn't much. But then the main is never much. They do seem to have more desirable properties than some other man made fibre brushes, so worth a try. I suspect that the larger ones, e.g. No 20 may well feel different again. They are well endorsed by notable professionals.Delivered by Jacksons, the service from them was first class.
