EMS Notebooks, 3 pack

During my time as a EMT doing IFTs it has helped, if your company used computers but find it easier writing things down. It great, I use to use their other products while in the military and I love them. Rain, water, washing machine, or blood it able to write just fine. Just make sure you don't use GEL pens it smers super horrible but it already recommended not to use GEL pens with rite in the rain products. I recommended using there pens for double the effectiveness.

These are really handy for keeping a basic log of the patients' vitals and other info, in lieu of standard larger run sheets. It's nice to just carry this in the pocket instead of having to use a clip-board to use the larger letter-sized runsheets!

Was rain proof. Held together well. Functioned as should. Asked the write questions I needed to know. Had extra room for extra documentation. Easy to use. Didn’t get torn apart in a day. In fact lasted all the way through using it. Would have bought another one but I left the field to become a full fledged alcoholic.

This notebook was precisely as described, showcasing its quality and attention to detail on the note paper itself. It is perfect for those who are volunteer firemen or EMTs. It allows you to focus on an event while still taking notes.

Got this to put in a small BLS kit. Have used it a couple times and it has been both useful and popular with anyone who has seen it. The format is general enough to cover the basics from patient information to vitals and SAMPLE history while not being too specific as to not work with a variety of agency styles. A worthwhile addition to any kit as backup for standard forms. haven't gotten caught in the rain with it yet but expect it to perform like other non-EMS pads from the same manufacturer.

I am so blown away by how perfect this pad is that I needed to write a review. I am a full-time FF/Paramedic and this notepad hits all the stops when it comes to an EMS assessment. I know I’ve got the iPad to run through, but there’s something about pen and paper. I got this on a whim and now I’ll never go back. I read a review saying that a blank pocket pad from Walmart would do the trick but for the convenience this pad provides with all the information per page, I’ll stick to buying these. It is the PERFECT size for the pocket. If you’re an EMT or Medic student, I couldn’t recommend these enough. It would’ve been the perfect pad in the clinical environment to jot down some information on my patient and get back to work. You’ll be able to catch me with one of these in my pocket for the rest of my career. As for the weatherproofing, I couldn’t care less. No one is stopping in the rain to write assessments — keep it honest. (Added the photo so you could see the size and just how perfectly it would fit in your pocket.)

If I can give it a 10 star. I would. You know... reading the product saying it's water resistant... especially paper. Yeah so. One night coming home, I forgot to take it out of my pocket and threw my jeans to the wash. And as I was taking my clothes out, I find my note pad. 100% intact 100% not a single rip 100% paper still here 100% definitely water resistant So if you forgot your notepad in your jeans. This is the one. Saves you an extra $3 from Walmart from buying another one.

Has all the components I would want in the templates, some might call it cheating because it has so much squared away.

Works perfect, and I love that it has the GCS. For the life of me I can never remember all of those. I think I would prefer it being maybe 20% larger in each direction, but this’ll do for now.
