I was initially concerned as the size XXL states it fits up to a 35” waist but, thankfully, it fits a 38-40” waist just fine.I have only had them a day but, as a person living with a disability, I see this as “adaptive” clothing. Sometimes it can be challenging to get my pants and underwear down in time to avoid an accident (having a urinary tract infection can increase urgency and bladder spasms can release built up fluid with little warning ). Not wearing any undergarments isn’t convenient either as I prefer to have some coverage of my backside. So, having the back covered while keeping the front open is more comfortable and far more practical for me.Not sure what these are made of but they seem a little warm. Something that wicks away moisture or is more breathable would be the only thing I’d change and update the sizing chart for accuracy.

Been enjoying a balls out brand brief for a few years but that brand seems to have disappeared. this is a good substitute if you tuck the rod up under and let the boys hang loose. especially interesting with oxball squeeze or the like, which allow the boys to hand out.

So I deducted one star as I wish they had a wider waistband. They are really comfortable and kind act like a large C&$k Ring I will definitely order again

I thought it was a silly idea, but a two-pack was inexpensive enough to make it worth a try. I was very surprised. I have different types out pouch underwear and these are far more comfortable and practical than any of them. I plan to start wearing this type almost all of the time. I wish I had found this kind years ago.I thought the size chart was screwy, but I ordered in my waist size per the chart, and they fit perfectly. Do believe the chart.The ONLY negative about them is i don't care for the Chinese characters on the outside of the waistband in front.Like all underwear made of similar materials, they should be hand washed, and don't expect to get years of wear out of them like a pair of cotton boxer shorts. But at their inexpensive price, it is not really important.

Wearing them on a daily basis and they are rather comfortable.The stretchy fabric is really comfortable and feels nice to the touch.I would deffo recommend this product.

I'll start with the size: I had the options of picking a waist size. There was an option for 33-35 and I'm a 34" waist. It fits perfectly! Upon arrival I see it is an XXL.These are slightly see through, which is a nice added touch. Also, if you want, there is a lot of fabric above the opening; so you can secure your "stick" instead of having it hang out the hole. If you want everything out, the hole is perfect for that as well. The back is full coverage; there's no worries of wedgies or having it fall part ways down; it covers and fits perfectly. Well done!
