Such a waste of money. Actually it is not eligible for one star too. It's cluches do not work properly. The grabber stick do not grabs and the customer service of Amazon is icing on the cake. The ladies sitting over there has nothing to say apart from, We are sorry but we cannot return the product as investigation team has said so. To hell with your useless investigation team who has investigated God knows what.

Very solid, much better than expected. I'd dropped a 600ml bottle and my current picker's mouth wasn't wide enough to pick it up, so I purchased this one and it does the job perfectly. You don't realise how many times you pick things up from the floor, until you develop chronic back pain.

These are great I use them all the time unfortunately my last sad I learned a few things. If you use these continuously like I do I use them so much I can crochet a sweater using these things but eventually Pinchers will lose grip. Is due to the design inside of the handle grip there is a plastic wedge that's been molded into the handle. With continuous use it wears it down and breaks it away So eventually you won't have no grip but what I did to fix it as I took pieces of cardboard from an Amazon box cut them to fit inside the handle stuff them in there spread a little olive oil put it back together perfect grip. I like that The grippers rotate. These are a must have life/back saver. I'm constantly picking things up and I have neuropathy so I already got a lot of pain and one day actually counted it how many times I've been over in 4 hours I bent over 375 times picking things up and setting them down. So.. lol I love these
