Fit perfectly
These flanges fit perfectly and made pumping way more comfortable. Great quality, and I love that they're easy to clean and work well with my setup. A must-have if you're using a smaller size like 19mm!

Perfect Fit and Comfort!
These flange inserts have been a game-changer for my pumping sessions! They provide a perfect fit, making pumping much more comfortable and efficient. The soft silicone material is gentle on my skin, and they create a great seal with no loss of suction. They’re also easy to clean and fit well with my pump. If you need a more customized fit, I highly recommend these!

Overall great purchase
I love these as much as one can love a breast pump. Pumping is probably the bane of my existence, but here we are. So here it is:So about what I do like:1. How these have their own little pump. It’s perfect for an over supplier that almost only needs one breast per feeding. So this works great to empty out the other side too.2. Super easy to just pop on and go.3. Easy to assemble, once you get the hang of it. But you have to make sure everything clicks into place.4. I generally find pumping to be super uncomfortable, but this one isn’t terrible. I just have to start slow and low on stimulation mode, then work my way up to the mixed mode, then I finally end on level 5-6 in expression mode.5. I used the Elvie Stride with my first baby and it was difficult to put together, the parts warped in a sterilizer machine and it was 100% hard plastic. It HURT. This one is softer silicone and way more comfortable, and no hard plastic. What I don’t like:1. As an oversupplier, each breast will easily put out more than the 6oz capacity, so the reservoir is not enough for me.2. Speaking of capacity, you can get to 6.5oz before it just stops allowing more milk to go into the reservoir and you end up with it all over you. And the measurement notches are impossible to see while you are wearing the pump, so you kinda have to guess.3. There are 5 parts, (6 if you need a flange size other than 24mm).4. It is a bizarre feeling when the pumps are on and aren’t synced up, and it’s difficult to get them synced.5. Definitely don’t bend over to any side with these on, it will leak out of the top.All in all, for my use, it’s perfect (except that I wish it had a larger capacity). I have the V1 pro that I will take to work once I go back, which addresses some of my “don’t likes” but it has tubes and an external pump. These will continue to be the ones I use during breastfeeding sessions, and the V1 Pro is my go to when I need to empty both breasts through pumping.P.S. Both Momcozy pumps I have do a waaaayyyy better job at emptying me out than my Elvie Stride ever did. It now takes 15-25 minutes vs 45 minutes.P.P.S. Whatever pump you use, be sure to use pump spray to moisturize and make pumping waaay more comfortable.Update 4/5/25: I think the leak was because I didn’t put the pump together properly? Because I have since pumped more than 6.5 oz with no leaks. I think the highest at one time is 7.25 oz.

So worth it
I have the Spectra and was sick of carrying the thing around trying to get stuff done around the house with one hand while pumping. I decided to give the S12 a try as it was one of the cheaper hands free pumps on the market. I have used it twice so far and love it. The suction is great and I am getting comparable output to the Spectra. The S12 is also quieter than I was expecting. It has only five parts (six if you use a flange insert) and is easy and quick to assemble. I like that I don’t have to disassemble anything to pour the milk out. A lot of reviews complain about leaking. You really have to press in the silicone seal into the plastic cup and examine to make sure it is all the way sealed before pumping but I had no leaking both times that I’ve used it so far. I will say the pump is definitely not discrete but I don’t plan on wearing it out of the house so that was not a problem for me. My only complaint is that it is difficult to see if your nipple is centered in the flange.

HORRIBLE. don’t waste your money
I would give 0 stars if I could. After having SIX motors die on me for no reason, it has drastically affected my milk supply and I can no longer feed my child and have to switch to formula. I am so angry because this is obviously a manufacturing problem as there are tons of reviews online and on TikTok with others having the same issue. I wish I had seen them before I purchased this. I will NEVER purchase anything from Momcozy ever again and I will make sure to tell every mom I know about this horrible product and to stay away if they plan on pumping

Worth the money!
Worth the investment if you’re wanting to be free of tubes from a normal pump! Great overall!! It’s easy to assemble and clean. My only issue with it is you can’t do too much movement or else the suction will dislodge and you’ll leak. But as long as you’re sitting upright and not moving your arms to vigorously, they work great!

Not too shabby!
I bought these in desperation when I was having to triple feed and needing a pump session or two that I could walk around instead of lugging my spectra everywhere. I’ve been pleasantly surprised how much they’re able to collect. They’re noisy, a bit bulky, but considering the price and how efficient they are, these can’t be beat.
