Great Replacement for Original Denon Remote
Works as well as the original remote for Denon receiver

Direct replacement for AVR-2800H remote
This remote works perfectly with my AVR-2800H receiver. The volume controls stopped working on the OEM unit, so I took a chance and bought this one. All of the functions work perfectly so far.As others have noted the zone indicator flashes very brightly in use, but that doesn't bother me at all.I saw where someone was upset about not being able to program this for other devices - this is NOT a universal remote. It is intended to only work with a Denon receiver. If you are looking for a universal remote, this is not the unit to consider.

I ordered this remote after my puppies chewed up the original remote and ate the two batteries. The replacement works fine on controlling tuner; not sure about other functions of the remote but have no reason to believe it doesn’t work as advertised. I’m happy with my purchase and would have given five stars if it weren’t made in china
