Great for backyard batting practice in quarantine
My 11 year old son was super bummed when his little league season got delayed due to COVID-19. In either case, we still wanted to keep the skills fresh with some backyard practice. We're able to get some pitching and catching in, but we just don't have enough space to make batting safe and practical. I needed a good set of wiffle balls (or something similar) to cover that aspect of the game.I'll be honest and say that the main reason I picked *these* particular balls over some others was the fast shipping time. This was early in the quarantine period, and everything was going to take 1-4 weeks to arrive. These would arrive in just one week, looked like they were well made, and had a bunch of good reviews. After a month and a half of using these balls, I have no complaints. They're holding up really well, have a good weight to them without being dangerous to use near the house, and are easy to find after rolling into the bushes.

We seriously like these balls at our house!
With 2 girls in softball and a small yard every ball we ever hit has become a chew toy for the dogs next door. Finally we found these, and while it's not QUITE as short of a distance as we'd like it's still much shorter than a regular wiffle ball. The great news is that the dog did get ahold of one of these and its chewing somehow didn't damage it (maybe the squishyness of these balls saved it?).I have to admit our favorite way to use them is in the living room off the tee (MAKE SURE THE WIFE IS NOT HOME!!) and hit them into the curtains over the windows. I'm not worried too much about breaking anything. I would definitely buy these again and I highly recommend them.

Great Value
I purchased these balls so my son could work on his hitting during the quarantine. I wanted to provide another option to just hitting balls off the tee. I would take these balls to a parking lot to pitch to him as our yard is very small. The balls are durable enough to take off and show a solid line drive versus a fly ball or weak grounder. Fortunately the balls aren't hard enough to cause any damage when he would hit shots right back at me as I was pinged multiple times. They were cheaper than the Skilz balls and so far they have held up very well being hit by my 14 year old.

Great with one caveat
Great ball. Durable enough for real bats. However I chose this one thinking the holes on both halves would mean it would generally throw straight. Not entirely true. You can certainly get some big curves and slides with this ball at times. But close up batting practice with my 10 year old still works just fine. You’ve got 12. If a couple peel off and he/she misses, no big deal.

Buy it. They are exactly what you are looking for
These are good training balls. The right amount of hardness and squish. They will last for a long time. They do decent in the wind but a stiff breeze will still curve the pitch. My advice is to pitch downwind to keep the pitch straight. These do a great job of building confidence in young hitters. You can use these even with very small space and without fear that they will break anything.

Great!
Very pleased with these balls! Same size as a baseball. Orange is bright so you can see in the grass. I have the Sklz brand and these are the same quality but I prefer these because of the color. I’ve lost many of the Black and yellow sklz balls in the yard because of the color. These fly pretty straight for pitching and don’t really go too far when hitting. Durability is great and they pop back to regular size even if you wad them up. Very pleased! I also have the weighted balls and they are great quality too!

Great for batting practice
Very pleased with this item. Have been using them for two weeks of batting practice for my 12 and 10 year old grandsons. They are restricted flight so they can be used in more confined places. They still let the hitter know when he has hit the ball squarely. Much better than old style wiffle balls that could not be hit with wood or aluminum bats. The orange half of the ball does help in finding the ball in taller grass.
