I've been taking these for about a year and I really don't know if they've done anything but I'm afraid to quit taking them now that I've started. As far as supplements go they don't have any smell and they're very easy to take, just two soft gels a night.

These vitamins work. They are more like a multivitamin, but whatever their recipe, I've seen growth in both hair and nails after spending 100's $ on other brands. Small easy to swallow capsules.

I don't think this brand is good. Didn't feel any different and my pee didn't change colors. I bought a different brand and my pee is neon yellow with it. So I won't buy it again

These are a great value for how effective they are! I've tried numerous vitamins from higher priced brands and these work just as well. They do leave a fish oil after taste. I've found that taking them before bed is the best route as the aftertaste is gone by morning. They are larger sized pills and you take 3 a day so if you struggle with that- these might not be the best route. Very effective and easy to add to routine!
