Is this the new formula of this product or the old? They seem to have changed the formula a couple months ago.

I bought a bottle of this a few days ago. It said new formula. It came out liquid not thick. Is this now normal?

I have been using this product for two years and it was always thick. This most recent order was thin and runny and I don't like it. They either changed the formula or it's old and defective, either way if it is like this again I will stop using it.
