I started using the stimulator and from day one felt the difference. This is definitely worth the money and is great for the abs. I worked out my entire life and the last couple of years I started to slack. Since using this product I can feel the difference and slimming of neglected belly. It has even motivated me to get back into the gym.. Well worth it.

Absolute rubbish, only thing I got from this apparatus was a rash on my stomach, save your money on this nonsense!

The sensations run from pulsating to slightly shocking depending on the settings. The USB chargers are fairly easy to recharge and snap onto the actual pads. The negative is the sticky side of the pads are good for only a short term and must be held in place with something firmer. Elastic bands proved to tight for midsection so I used a tight pullover and just layed back trying to hold them in place with my hands. The fingers can actually get a mild shock if not careful in handling and attempting to adjust controls. It is a relatively good idea and unique concept for attacking stubborn fat on the lower belly but it might take months of daily use to actually show any results if any. Improvements would be a remote controller and a better way to hold the unit in place. Possibly reusable Velcro stick ons to an adjustable thin belt of some type could be created. The stretchable exercise bands I tried just rolled up and cut off circulation so still experimenting. I did not see a need for the two other stick ones as my arms and legs do not get flabby just by working out. That stubborn strip of gut fat has survived hundreds of sit ups a day and a total weight loss of over 50 lbs so hoping this device will eventually help break up the most stubborn flab or it's sana bella liposuction time. This device is far less costly and worth a few months of testing before such extremes are the last resort. You just gotta love the science behind it but it may need to hurt a bit more to get quicker results. Time to crank it up and see how much zap I can take! Update! After the first week of about 2 uses per charger it suddenly just quit working. No matter what mode or level I set with any of the 3 chargers there is hardly any feeling and what you can feel only lasts about 30 seconds. All were fully charged and had each been used only twice. Good idea if they can improve reliability. I would not recommend unless they improve the quality.

Still too early to tell what kind of results I’ll get but the unit works well, has several levels of intensity and actually feels good. I can work out while walking the dogs or working at the computer I hope to see some definition along with eating right for added results
