It is extremely easy to use. I currently have 2 inputs plugged into this with an output of 3. The overall quality is excellent. Super easy to use. I click the input followed by whichever output is needed. I have been using this for a few months and haven't had any issues. I haven't noticed any issues with the picture quality, and the value of this product is exceptional. I would highly recommend this product.

I installed this the day I got it. I have 4 1920x1080 monitors with three PC's. Now I can choose where I want to send video with total flexibility. The front panel buttons and display are intuitive. The remote controller works (and included batteries). It even cam with an RS232 cable so you can control it with serial commands. I tested all three ways and they all work. About 2 days after I received it, I got a message through Amazon, asking me if everything was working OK. Now that is customer service! The main feedback I gave them on things that need improving (hence 4 stars) are this. 1) Manual is a bit hard to read. I suspect it had something to do with language translation. Also there is no online manual so I had to scan the hard copy if I wanted an online copy. After that, the seller sent me a nice clean PDF copy of the manual that was much better. 2) The serial commands seemed to work but with a little snooping I found other commands. I suggested that the update the manual with the other commands. 3) The section of the manual that talks about EDID was a bit difficult to understand since I'm not really an HDM technical expert but with a little trial and error, I got through them. 4) The software for running the serial port was on CD and my system didn't have one so I had to borrow a friends and then transfer it to other media to put onto my computer. I'm told that they plan on shipping later units with a QR code that you can get access to the instructions and software. So right now I've been running this for about a week and couldn't be happier! It was also competitively priced. The negatives were very minor which is why it still deserves 4 stars. All in all, I would recommend it. I didn't test with different display resolutions however. I'm sure since they had the section on EDID, they must have thought about it and figured it out so it will likely work.

Couple things to be aware of: There is no ongoing visual indicator of what is switched where (you can push the output button and see what feed is connected to it or push a feed button and see what outputs it is feeding) unless you use the included software. You have 2 rows of buttons; to switch, select the feed/input on the top row (it will light up) and the output(s) on the bottom row (it/they will light up) then press the Enter button. Everything switches cleanly in just a couple of seconds. That delay may be because we are using HDbit HDMI over Ethernet extenders. The software is basic but works and does show what is active.

This switch has a little intimidating when setting up but if you have the time to work through it you will find it easy after. The pictures could be a little clearer but as for simple use i think it can work with. The buttons are nice and smooth it is solid built nice display screen, recall settings it has quite a few nice settings in that is what i am impressed with. For a simple use i recommend it

It wouldn’t power on. Because I needed it for an event I bought another one while waiting for customer service to get back to me. The new one turned on but when trying to set it up the outputs all switched and worked fine but I could only use one input, the others were not detecteable, factory resetting it and having the input plugged in another port seemed to change the working input but the others still didn’t work. Too much of a headache. I’m returning these things 😑

This is a short-lived device as after just a month, it developed a quirk where using input 2 requires me to physically get up and turn it off with the switch, then turn it back on. The remote does not work for this. Additionally, although it claims to be 4K, it won’t pass thru a 4K signal for me. My devices all detect it as 1080P HD rather than 4K. It’s disappointing for these reasons. No wonder it costs a fraction of the price of ones that can handle true 4K.

I’m using this as the center of a video distribution system in a 2 building complex. It was easy to set up and works great. I haven’t used the serial interface yet, but look forward to experimenting. For now I am using a Broadlink IR emitter to control it via another system.

Good working device definitely good for its value, but if your not familiar with the equipment you might wanna do some research or get help from a professional but the instructions are a bit confusing especially for the software. When I received the device I failed to realize a disc came with the device with the software on it but if your computer doesn't have a disk drive you have to buy an external one but after that it work great and the instructions become a little easier to understand

My partner and I share the same desk, so I needed a way to swap our peripherals between our two PCs. This does the job pretty well without sacrificing graphics quality (important as he's a video editor). My only complaint is every now and then, maybe once every couple weeks, it decides to not output to a monitor, or swaps outputs. I find turning it off for a minute and turning it back on fixes any issues.

I bought this to ditribute an indepandant TV signal to a TV in the living room, kitchen and office. There are 4 inputs and 4 outputs so If i'm waching the football in my office my wife can watch Netflix on the firestick anywhere else in the house. Easy to install and use. The box itself is well built and feels like quality.

Buen conmutador pero hace falla mucho... al ser asi un poco de mala calidad, le faltan opciones... y que se gestione mucho mejor... falta que se pueda controlar desde un pc...

Alles funktioniert Einwand frei gibt nichts zum meckern. Habe zwar ein kleines lässtiges Problem in Verbindung mit meinem Fernseher jedoch liegt das eher am Fernseher als an dem Switch. Habe zwar vorher einen anderen 3x3 switch gehabt bei dem das Problem nicht aufgetaucht ist aber dennoch sehe ich das Problem am Fernseher das es auf anderen Fernseher und Monitoren nicht auftrit. Also,ich kann diesen switch nur empfehlen, würde ich mir wieder den selben kaufen.
