I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Loupusuo Luxury. I received it in November and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick).I decided to wait until I had used it for two months prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seatand water.I love this toilet so much that now very seldom sue any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same!I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a smart toilet to try purchasing one from Loupusuo Luxury!

My doctor suggested we bought a bidet/smart toilet due to occasional hemorrhoids, as the water stream is much more gentle on the area than toilet paper. And boy am I glad we did!Installation was very easy, the only difference with a "classic" toilet is that you will need an electrical outlet nearby.The unit is very compact, due to the absence of a tank, but the flush is very powerful and will leave no remnants behind. It is nonetheless very quiet -- we installed ours in the master bathroom and you can use it at night without waking your partner up.The bidet functions are very complete - the jet stream can be fully controlled back and forth, along with the temperature and pressure of the water. And the heated seat is a nice addition, especially in the winter months.Finally, there is a blue light in the bowl that you can turn on at night, but we usually don't use it since we use the bathroom lights anyway. It seems adequate enough that the people in your life who pee standing up won't have any problems aiming at the target.All in all, we are very happy with our purchase, and may consider buying another one for our main bathroom.

This toilet is really nice and all of the functions work well. I love the automatic lid open/close feature and the automatic flush. The seat is comfortable and the auto pre-wash really keeps the toilet cleaner for longer. I also like the eco feature. I searched for a good toilet and for all the features you get, this one is a great price. I would definitely recommend this toilet!

The media could not be loaded. This is our first 'smart toilet' and we are very happy with it. So happy, in fact, that we bought a second one to install in our half bath.The Good:We really love the heated seat, the heated bidet, the moving bidet wand, and many other great features. I especially like how you can use the toilet without ever touching it with your hand, thanks to the 'kick sensor' for flushing or opening the seat.One of the best things about this toilet is the customer service. When it arrived, the hose was crimped so it didn't flush very well. I reached out to the company through Amazon, and they were VERY responsive. They sent me an entirely new lid and hoses free of charge. Once it arrived, I had everything installed and working in just minutes.I also want to say that in many reviews, people said that the flushing was too loud. This hasn't been my experience. While it isn't quiet by any means, it seems like a normal amount of noise for a flush. It doesn't wake my wife up while she is in the bedroom right through the door, so it is fine.The Bad:One minor complaint is that the air dry feature doesn't blow very hard. We don't mind it, but it would be nice if it were a little more powerful. Also, the toilet seat cover opens automatically whenever someone walks by. This is really great, but I wish I could turn the sensitivity down a little bit, as it opens when I am walking to the sink or whatever. No big deal, but just a little suggestion. One last thing that could be improved. When the toilet flushes, I wish the lid closed first rather than closing after the flush. That would be more sanitary. Again, not a huge deal.Overall, even with those few little issues, we are very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone so we are giving it 5 stars.
