It works , for the price I'll keep , it's worth it's price and value. Caveat : will not charge a dead controller , you would need to charge a dead controller to a pc or ps3 for at least 30 minutes before placing this on the dock to charge. Secondly when you do place in dock after "wake up charge" it charges extremely fast , at least 40 minutes tops. Overall 1 hour charging time or less if battery on dualshock 3 isn't dead. Initially it seemed to have only been charging 1 ds3 , but when it turned green right away just to realize that one pad was fully charged from previous charge , whilst the other 2 wouldn't even blink when pressing the home button to turn on pad or to pair , again , you CANNOT charge a dead pad with this , only a pad that still has some juice , connection fit perfect , barely any wiggle , sits secure and safe in dock. Third , you need to use or have an OEM ds3 , without it , cannot guarantee it will work. All 3 of my ds3 are authentic.

Works great. I broke out the old PS3 to catch up on playing those old games and needed something to charge my controllers. For the price you can’t beat this charger. I definitely recommend it.

Light will come on like it is charging but it does not charge brand name controls or generic controllers. The light will turn red for 5 seconds then turn green

I recently purchased this to charge both my PlayStation 3 controllers as well as my move controllers for our PlayStation VR. I first charges the controllers and it worked great. Both were fully charged and functioning. I then put the move controllers on overnight and figured they would charge. It for some reason will not charge them. It shows it is charging and then quits. I thought maybe it was the move controllers themselves so I went and purchased another charger from the local GameStop and it works flawlessly. I would return this but it still has some function in charging The PlayStation 3 controllers.

Um die Rechtschreibfehler auf der Verpackungsrückseite des China-Produkts zu ignorieren, kam es direkt mit einem Kabelwackler an. Grund ist, das die Isolierung des Ladekabels schon bei als ich die Ware öffnete, ein Manko hatte. Somit Knickt das Kabel ab und manchmal lädt es und manchmal nicht. Schlechte Verarbeitung für den Preis. Mit einem neuen Kabel Lädt es immerhin.

If it actually worked! I bought 2 of these cheapy china chargers from different sellers. Both of them didnt work, with the exact same problem. If plugged into a usb wall charger neither slot would charge the ps3 controller. The light would just stay green. If plugged into one of the ps3 usb ports then it was slightly better.. The front slot on the charger would charge the controller.. however the back one would not. So overall would be amazing it it worked. But it doesnt.

If you have bad batteries like I did in my controllers the light will go from red to green in a matter of seconds. then you have to buy new batteries and then it should only take 30 -40 minutes to fully charge. It lights up red when charging and green when it has charged your controller or controllers fully. it is easy to use and is worth the cost. like other customers said you need to use a phone or an iPod plug in for the Usb end in order to plug it into the wall to start charging your controllers without any issues.
