Mabis Training Teaching Stethoscope, 10-446-020, 1 Ct

Worked wonderfully while training a nursing student! I made a label for my side so we always had our “own”. The student was very happy using my ears with hers and the patients thought it was pretty cool too! Don’t let the low cost fool you; it’s a great training stethoscope!

I’m a nursing instructor and I use this with my students. It serves its purpose. I’ve had better sound but this is good enough. It’s inexpensive so I didn’t expect super quality. Not sure how long it will last.

Not the greatest quality, but wonderful for prenatals for the low cost. I took the head off and replaced it with my fetoscope head, cut down the tubing on one end and replaced it with a better earpiece, and kept the other end long. I had to replace the earbuds with Littman earbuds so they're more comfortable and increase my ability to hear sounds, but I had extras so it wasn't a problem. Now, my clients can listen to all the sounds as I'm listening around for placenta, cord, and heart tones without me having to transfer my earpieces to them and possibly lose the heart tones during the process. We can hear at the same time. It has also been beneficial for assistants learning and while working with another midwife so we know we're listening to the same sounds.

Product came with all the pieces. However the sound quality is not very good. Hoping it works for its intended purpose.

This is completely annoying!! Missing 2 parts of this dual stethoscope.... parts C and D missing .... the parts that connect the two main tubes to one bell .... Actually I should’ve known and read reviews!! No one can seem to get any orders correct on Amazon anymore !! Also even without those 2 I’ve been a nurse for decades, this is super cheap and I can’t hear a thing using it one sided so would not work using both. For the price I didn’t expect high quality but did expect to at least get all of the pieces of what I paid for.... I’m not thinking that’s too much to ask but it seems to be the norm these days !! Lastly, I can not locate how to contact the seller !!!! So tired of being ripped off with Amazon. I’m done with it !!

I use this for my EMS students. Starting out its a great tool to get them familiar with sounds they should be hearing or not hearing.

I am a nurse and wanted to buy one of these to train and review with some medical assistants/techs on how to properly take the blood pressure. For the price is awesome. Easy to put together.

Sound quality is barely passable. Comes DISASSEMBLED - you must assemble yourself (very easy to do). Box is ok for storing the stethoscope. Quality is very poor and it's pretty flimsy. But as it doesn't take long to teach someone how to read BP, it will hold up fine for many uses.

Missing critical piece to make this functional and you can't get it returned.
