The most beautiful chef knife I’ve ever seen! Literally, I am not kidding. It came in a beautiful dark box red inside, great packaging. The knife is very sharp to the extent the sellers put protective cover on the tip of the knife, clever. I like the fact that it’s handmade, made from German stainless steal and inspired by Japanese Style; we all know that the sharpest rasors are coming from Japan. We tried to make sushi at home that day and this knife was amazing, cutted thinnest slices of fish and vegetables. Very comfortable in hand and practical for every cutting, slicing, chopping, ext...

Be very careful
My wife has cut herself a lot with this knife. We've never had sharp knives in 14 years so you can guess why her hands are peeling like onions. This knife is very, very sharp and especially when you are cutting frozen meat, your fingers and hands can get numb... dangerous. So for sharpness is a 10/10. Handling it I could say 9/10 because we're petite and have small hands but I guess larger people will find it easy to hold and handle. Very satisfied.

since I like cooking so much, l purchase this knife ,it is really sharp excellent metal convenient to use. Easy to clean.

Appearance and metal strenth.
I have only used this knife for a short time. I am please at its appearance and the edge cutting potential.i cuts smoothly and without any resistance.I am quite pleased with it so far, it replaces a thirty year old knife.

Good knife
Ok knife. Sharp with first use but got dull over a short time. Easy to resharpen. Nicely balanced.

Very, very sharp
First impression: This knife is really, REALLY sharp. Like seriously. Be careful. It seems great so far. I will update in a few months on the durability and sharpness.

Chinese made, but what now days isn't.
Am well pleased with this knife after several months of use. I'm not a chef but this knife stays sharp and cuts thru what I happen to have on the counter at the time. Mostly used for chopping and dicing veggies.
