I love this bracelet. It was delivered in short order, in excellent condition. It comes with an amazing set-up that allows even an elderly woman, with bad eyes and zero mechanical skills, to adjust the band length. It took me but a few minutes and the bracelet fits perfectly. FIVE STARS for this medical alert bracelet, it is indeed high quality stainless steel and looks good. The seller was very responsive to my request for extra links and immidiately sent them. If you follow the instructions exactly the link install goes very well with the includded tool. There have been a few reviews that said the link process was faulty HOWEVER they must not have read and understood the instructions. The pins when installed as explained DO NOT fall out and are strong. This is a HIGH QUALITY bracelet that is also very durable. The item arrived quickly as expected. Good quality. Easily adjustable I had to remove two links to make it fit. I would definitely recommend to a friend. It fits comfortably and I am very sensitive to nickel in metals and so far this bracelet has caused no reaction. I am very pleased.

I received my Medical Alert ID bracelet yesterday, just two days after I placed the order.. It was even nicer than I expected, was packaged in a drawstring bag and nice box. The manufacturer included a tool to remove excess links if necessary. The bracelet looks like a piece of jewelry and is tastefully engraved with the medical alert sign as well as the name of the medication. What drew me to this particular bracelet is the look of it. It is very well made and actually looks like a piece of jewelry versus a medical alert bracelet. The clasp is very well constructed and I have no worry about it coming open accidentally. The tool that they include to take links out or put links in is very friendly user and works great. The lettering is still as bright as the day I received it. I have had this bracelet for about a month and have not taken it off at all. The only bad thing I can say, is that it does show scuff marks. But I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is need of this particular type of medical ID.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing a medical alert bracelet. Mine is a DNR. I do not want to be resuscitated and forced to live if my body can not do it on its own. My fate belongs wholly to the universe and I am very happy to have this DNR bracelet on my wrist. Purchased for my wife, and she just loves it. Personally, I thought it was rather small, but she says it's perfect. It was packaged securely for shipping and arrived on time (although the carrier left it on a neighbor's porch instead of delivering it to our address(?) - it was addressed correctly, and we were home all day).The only thing I could possibly call an issue with this product is that the protective shrink-wrap applied directly to the bracelet was rather difficult to remove as I didn't want to damage the finish. Not a huge problem, just a little annoyance.A tool was included to size the bracelet to fit perfectly. My wife wears it 24/7 and she has no complaints. She said she forgets it's there.All in all, we're very satisfied with this purchase and may look at getting one for our granddaughter (different medical issue). To start with the packaging was impressive and you get to keep the alteration kit which I didn't need to use.I have a large wrist for a woman of 7.5" and this bracelet is loose on me and that's how I like to wear them- I also can't wear any tight jewellery on my hand/arm.I really am so impressed with the look of this piece and find it so stylish.The customer service seems excellent and eager to please, but I haven't needed to use them as am so pleased with my bracelet.Don't hesitate - it has given me peace of mind at long last....Up until now I've had this tiny niggle that WHAT IF and then you forget about it, but now I can honestly say that I feel safer knowing that my bracelet will do the talking if ever I can't manage to...

I bought this bracelet this week. It was well packaged and arrived on time. The bracelet is really lovely. It fits well, I prefer bracelets to be fairly loose and thought I might need an extra link but I don’t. There is some weight to the bracelet which I like. I highly recommend this product.
