I’m no nutritionist so I can’t say on the nutritional level whether or not this is quality.That being said, the taste is awesome (not as sweet as you’d expect which surprised me). The shakability and ability to make it into a smoothie is fantastic since it’s not grainy and very fine powder. The protein content is high and I always appreciate that (30 g of protein per serving).My only “complaint” might be the price? It’s a bit pricey… but honestly, if you have the money, you could do A LOT worse than this!

If you love Cinnamon Crunch then this product is perfect. I’m not the biggest fan of the flavor and can’t see myself being able to drink it daily. It does live up to its name though.

It’s a really good protein but it’s very basic doesn’t have additional benefits its easy to mix however the flavor is delicious just wish it was as basic as it is

The flavor of this protein powder is so good ! I really love the balance between calories and protein. 30 grams for only 150 calories is great! And it’s 30 servings so I think the price is really good too.

Good taste! No clump. No complaints. Good macro. I shake it in my bottle with milk then add 2 ice cubes after it all breaks down

I purchased this protein powder because I workout and like to get a little protein boost to my diet.I purchased the cinnamon flavor and I found it edible. Now I take my powder by just scooping it 1/3 of a scoop at a time into my mouth and dumping in some water and swallowing it. So when I say it is edible I mean it as a complement.I’m sure if you mixed this with milk and maybe some other ingredients it would taste pretty darn good. It’s just sweet enough to taste good without being sickly sweet and the bitter protein taste is very muted.I quite like the stuff. 30 grams of protein is a nice supplement to my diet and really helps me hit my protein macro.My only problem with it is that it’s only 30 servings which is quite small for the price.Taste 5Texture 5Quality 5Price 3Recommend if cost isn’t an issue.
