Excellent for Teams
I have been through loads of headsets trying to find the “right one” and this seems to be it! Great call quality on teams and the boom mic for muting calls is handy rather than searching for the icon all the time.

Really good quality for sound and comfort
I opted to wired ones instead of USB purely because of connection issues. These are a little pricy but you pay for what you get. Really comfortable and sound quality is good. Working on the phones daily and taking 40+ calls a day these are worth the investment ans paying a little more.

Great headset - shame about the cable
Overall I am pleased with the Jabra Evolve 2 - USB C version. I had been using the original Jabra Evolve headset in my previous job and bought this for my new role. Sound quality and overall build seems good. However the cable is very stiff and conducts sound to the headset when knocked against something such as my desk. The older model had a much more flexible cable. Its probably better to buy the wireless version. It looses a star because of the cable.

Exceptional Headset for Calls in Noisy Offices
This headset is a game-changer for anyone who makes frequent calls in a busy office. My main problem was background noise; colleagues on other calls were being picked up by my previous headset's microphone, distracting the person I was speaking to. This headset has completely solved that. The 3-microphone call technology is outstanding at isolating my voice and cancelling out ambient chatter. The audio quality for the wearer is also excellent, but the two best features for me are comfort and sidetone. The earcups are padded with a soft memory foam that is genuinely comfortable for wearing over long periods, without the painful pressure I've had from other on-ear headsets. Secondly, the sidetone feature, which lets you hear your own voice, is brilliant. It stops you from unconsciously shouting because you can't hear yourself speak, which is a common issue with noise-isolating headsets. Pros: Superb microphone noise cancellation. All-day comfort. Sidetone feature is excellent for monitoring your own voice level. MS Teams integration works perfectly. Cons: The wired cable is a little stiff. An absolutely top-tier headset for professional use in a demanding environment. It has made my work calls significantly clearer and more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice looking headset, but uncomfortable for all-day use
- Supposed to be 'all day comfort' - they aren't; I have been constantly readjusting their position on my ears due to ache and overheating - Sound level drops when increasing volume when listening to music; there is no auto-adjusting of against any abrupt spikes in sound - The cable is USB-C (which is positive) but lacks flexibility as it constantly tries to sit over my keyboard which impacts my typing - The voice informing me of muting and unmuting is distracting; I cannot turn this off - Being able to hear myself in the speakers is disorientating; another feature I cannot turn off Overall, I didn't like this headset and applied for a return.

Probably great for noisy environments - Not so good in quiet ones? (Returned!)
I struggled in deciding how many stars to give. I really didn't get on with this headset and ultimately returned it so 1 star, right? No, not at all. In my view these are are well built, look good, Jabra software works nicely (Windows in my case), the red light when in use is surprisingly useful (mainly to others so they can see you're on a call), the sound quality isn't bad, and they are relatively comfortable. So at least 4 stars then? Not quite ... Sound isolation/noise cancelling is where it all went a bit wrong for me. It works - very well in fact. Popping this headset on meant that the outside world largely disappeared but sadly this includes your own voice and this is just weird. Jabra are obviously aware of this and have included a feature called "Sidetone". With this feature enabled, your own voice is played into your headset as you speak. You can control the volume of this Sidetone but no matter what volume I used, it just sounded really freaky to me. There is a *very* slight delay (milliseconds) on the Sidetone sound but it's enough for me to truly hate this feature and ultimately return the item. So, if your use case is in a particularly noisy environment (call centre perhaps?), and if you are not particularly sensitive to hearing your own voice through the headset, I imagine that this model would be near perfect. If, like me, you are simply after a high quality headset for use in a quieter home environment then I'd recommend looking elsewhere. For me, I have settled on the much cheaper Jabra Evolve 20 that I found lying around in a cupboard. The sound isolation is much weaker meaning I can hear my own voice without Sidetone (which isn't offered on this cheaper model anyway), and the voice sound quality is adequate. 3 stars it is then ! :-)

The Best Noise Cancelling Headset
I've thoroughly road tested these by taking work calls in some challenging situations, and they've performed perfectly: - Backstage at a music festival whilst they were doing a soundcheck, less than 5 meters from the sound system - On a building site on the other side of a wall that someone was drilling into In both scenarios, plus many more every day ones, the people I've been talking to have not experienced any sound interruption and had no idea that I was taking a call from such a noisy environment. All they heard was my voice, and no background noise. I'd recommend these to everyone.

Ottime cuffie!
