Amazon is FULL of cheap, plastic, throw away food trays, but this one is NOT one of them. I was pleasantle surprised by this food tray and the price-to-performance value of this thing thus far is amazing. Total 5 ouf of 5 rating in my opinion. More details below:Pros:- High Quality Wood: High Quality, AUTHENTIC acacia wood (accurate color, smell, feel & weight!)- Beautifully Smooth Woodworking: Smooth, precisely measured edges, curves = high quality woodworking details.- Accurate Listing: This items looks EXACTLY like th pictures in the Amazon listing. It's not darker or lighter nor does it have any other weird quirks that make it a let down from what I was expecting and hoping to receive.- Versatile Aesthetic: This item would work beautifully in soo many design styles (new centurn modern, bohemian, rustic or industrial/scandinavian, minimalistic..etc).Cons:I've only had it and used it a few times since receiving it, so no negatives to report just yet. But I'll5 out of 5 experience with this item from Amazon!

This is an attractive, sturdy well made tray. I use it most days to serve afternoon tea. It holds two stump teapots, a creamer set and two mugs.

Beautiful tray! I love how strong and sturdy it feels! It’s a good weight and can be used for different tasks! Decor, food tray etc. It doesn’t get stained nor does it get scratched very easily! Very pretty to have on the table or counter top with some plans and a candle! 10/10

Update (8/23/2025): After I asked, the seller sent a smoothly sanded tray, because the first one was rough both on the bottom and at the edges of the rims. The current one is finished correctly and will work great. I originally said the unsanded bottom wouldn't scratch surfaces, well, at that point I hadn't considered my tablecloth, which is not only softer and so more more easily scratched/roughed up, but it also has "nap," which pushes the fibers up into the tray slightly, increasing the chance of being worn down. Anyway, now I don't have to worry about that anymore to my great relief!!! I don't know why the tray first sent to me was unsanded, but the seller graciously replaced it with a proper, sanded tray and I'm so happy now, especially since my search for the right tray (this one) was so long!!! I highly recommend this tray and this seller!!!!(Original review): Wow, I ordered this tray yesterday, and got it today, and I don't have Prime --this is a great improvement!This tray was the result of a very long and frustrating search for the right tray to use with a large white porcelain pitcher vase from Target. Target no longer sells the vase, but it's large and "curvy," so eye-catching and has it's own look. I wanted a more rustic, farmhouse-ish tray, but I absolutely couldn't find any which would not look clash with the bold-ish Target pitcher vase. So, I had to go with something more "moderate," and this tray was the right choice. The strong look of the brown tones holds up to the strong look of the bold white vase. The curves in this tray also echo the curves of the vase, so that helps, too. I will add white marble coasters to the tray, which will be a good "transitional" aesthetic option, to tie the whiteness of the pitcher with the moody darkness of the tray. It was not easy to get all of this to work out, but this tray was the one which brought it all together, along with the ivory/gray "Monday Plaid" table throw I will get from Walmart.This tray is cheap, but still good. By cheap, I mean it's not sanded well, it's not smooth, and the edges are rough. This tray will not scratch surfaces underneath, or cause splinters, ... so it still works and doesn't feel like a gut punch. I wish it was smooth, though. The wood grain in my tray was not as beautiful as that in the photo, but the wood grain in my tray is still good.Everything I said about my journey to find the right tray is to let people know that this tray is a really great, classic and timeless option that will work for A LOT of design ideas/aesthetics. I am so pleased with it and I cannot wait to add other things to it, such as the marble coasters, etc. This tray makes all of that so much easier and I'm glad I got it now, finally!!!

This is a very affordable try this is very nice and stylish.

I was looking for a wooden tray to display some small plants on with our outdoor furniture. This tray was exactly what i was seeking. It is sturdy without being bulky and heavy, but is substantial enough to endure use and regular movement. Additionally, the light finish is standing up well to outdoor use. It has been rained on and wipes clean with ease. I would recommend this for multiple uses, such as sitting on a table inside to arrange decorative items or to use to serve condiments, etc. while dining. This is a great, versatile piece.

Nice but wish I would have purchased a larger one.
