It is available in two quantities (I purchased the 2.2 pound), is free of any additives, and is 3rd party tested. 3rd party testing is important to me because I want to know I am getting what the supplement says I am.The creatine is a fine powder that is pretty much tasteless and mixes well in any liquid. I usually take mine in two forms: added to my coffee, or added to a protein shake. I don't notice a change in taste or consistency in either. I'm sure you could easily mix it into a glass of milk or sports drink and never even notice.The large container has allowed me to try larger doses for the cognitive benefits, and I feel it has benefited me. I haven't experienced any digestive discomfort and have been very happy with the quality of this product.For what you get: the amount, the quality, and 3rd party testing, the effectiveness; this is a tremendous value for the price.

Coming back for my third 100 serving order. No flavor, dissolves easy in warmer beverages, effective. Appreciate the lab testing, looks like they'll soon by adding lab result lookups on their website - which I would definitely appreciate. It's a good deal on a good product; I think I'll try their whey isolate out as well.

The product works very well combined with vegetable protein for those before or after gym workouts.

Great Creatine, no issues. Price is right and it is made in the USA.Keep in mind, NEVER EVER use Creatine if you have kidney problems. It will make the kidneys work harder! With Creatine you also naturally need to drink more water than usual throughout the day.Also, make sure you have proper electrolytes consumption, ESPECIALLY if you work out heavy. I wish I would have known this earlier but I learned as I went. You can pop some powdered electrolytes in a water bottle and sip on them or you can get them from your diet. Your body needs sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, and bicarbonate to function properly. Take some time to research what foods provide them if you do not intend on taking a powdered form. A balanced diet will usually provide all of them but make sure!Hope this helps someone :)
