Lightweight griddle
No long handle hanging over the next burner, stores in minimum space, doesn’t warp when it heats up, so eggs stay where you put them when you fry eggs. Works great for grilled cheese, pancakes, quesadillas French toast, I could use two, they would both fit on top of my stove easy enough. Wash up very easily. Best thing I bought all year.

Great for small camping grills (or at least, my small camping grill)
It's a griddle and it just happened to be the perfect size to put on my BBQ grill. Thus, I can use my grill to fry eggs when camping. Perfect!

Big disappointment
Was hoping that a Nordic Ware brand would have been a good purchase. I was wrong. I have returned this item for refund. I used it on a glass top stove, never higher heat than medium and it warped. Also, not having a handle was a huge inconvenience. Needless to say, you DO get what you pay for and this Nordic Ware is a waste of money!

Worked great
For the price it is great, fits on my Coleman camp stove. Only issue is the bottom doesn’t grip, it slides easy when cooking, but in fairness the table wasn’t level. I saw some reviews about I low lip- but I had no issues cooking bacon on it, just soaked up the grease with a paper towel.

Hot Hot Hot
Prior to buying this one, I bought another fancy, much more expensive one and immediately regretted it. It didn't last a week. It was heavy, hard to clean, the non-stick was a joke, the long handle got in the way and eventually had to throw it away. This one however is the complete opposite. It's very lightweight and super easy to clean. The nonstick is awesome and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I love it and it was a fraction of what you see most others priced at. This is perfect even to take with you on vacation.

Could have been designed a bit better
I like the size of the pan and it was nice and flat but the pan doesn’t work well with cooking on a glass top stove as the pan constantly spins when cooking and you can hold the handles as they get hot and you have to use pot holders to keep it in place. So maybe next design make the handles silicone or something that can be held while cooking so the pan doesn’t move around. Other than that the pan did cook evenly.

Good quality, no issues
Great buy, nice quality and it's used regularly. Sits nicely on burner, nice size, washes up quickly, non stick has been wonderful. Don't really find an issue with not having a handle, if I need to turn it - a utensil does the job well. I'm happy with this skillet.
